A summary will be sent to you by email, outlining applicable charges that require your approval. Following an acceptance of the charges by you, the work will typically be completed within 14 days. Once complete, payment will be required to be processed before the item is returned to you.

Yes. You will be required to provide his/her identification details, and they will be required to bring a valid form of ID with them for verification. If a third party is collecting your items, you agree to accept signed acceptance of the goods by the third party as receipt of your order.
You will first receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready, a collect in store notification email will be emailed to you. Please make sure you bring: a copy of your collect in-store notification email, along with a valid form of identification (passport, driver’s license or government-issued ID card). The store will keep your order for 14 days. If you fail to collect within this time, your order will be deemed cancelled; and a refund will be processed through your original method of payment less a processing fee. If you are unable to collect within this time, please inform us and we will do our best to extend our holding period.
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to opt to collect in-store instead or having items delivered to you. You will be able to collect at either our Kandy or Colombo store.
